Where are all the Obama Supporters
I was talking to a good friend of mine today. We got talking about the situtation in the country with the economy and this new climate bill. It is the first time we have talked about politics with each other, well since I moved away, we have seen each other in over a year. He is a vet from the Iraq war and he has done his service to this country. He is a hard working man, loves his country and he has treated our family as if we were apart of his own. He is a great man and he is in the same boat as most in this country. He struggles to make ends meet just as we all do. Well, we were talking as I said and I told him about my feelings and he feels the same as I do. The funny part is that he said, "Mike the craziest thing is that I have yet to meet one person that has or will admit they voted for Obama." I thought about that comment on the way home today. I have found the same problem. In all the people that I speak to I can't find a hand full of people that voted for or will admit that they voted for Obama. It makes me wonder, Where are all the Obama supporters at. I guess I wonder if it is a sign that maybe the supporters of Obama our starting to see what is happening in this country. Maybe they aren't behind their supreme leader like they were when the elections first started. Maybe it is the extreme spending, the end of the week late in the day pushing through of bills trying to keep the American public from knowing. Now trying to pass a climate bill that will financially kill the rest of the working class that has jobs. I guess my hope is that we are starting to see the people in this country start to realize that the CHANGE he promised isn't something to HOPE for. We as a nation are headed down a long road. All the damage that has been done by this administration in our country and around the world is going to take years to undo. We have lost respect of many allies, and the leaders butts he went around kissing don't even support him. They support what he is doing because they see this country falling apart if we keep going in this direction and if that happens it is a prime time for our enemies to attack us when we are truly week as a country.

USPS conduct the Census?
Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz is proposing a fabulous idea. He wants to see the Census spend the money that they have been allocated, with the United States Postal Service. Yes at first it sounds crazy, but if you really listen to it, it is a remarkable idea. It cuts ACORN out of being involved in the Census and allows the Postal Service to do there normal duty and walk around to all there house and conduct the census. Not only does this keep ACORN away from all of our homes with all of there corruption, it gives the Postal Service some money to help push them back towards the black, instead of being in the red.
